WISDOM COMES FROM GOD...
A "weak day" is when we don't believe we have purpose or value.
God's truth says WE ARE VALUABLE and OUR LIVES HAVE MEANING AND PURPOSE.
Our thoughts should line up with a Holy God who made us & has a perfect plan or our life!
DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU THINK!
Let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think!
Romans 12:2

Praying to Someone You Can’t See

You might say that it's too hard to talk to God because He’s not here in a body--
you can’t see Him face to face.

But how many times a day do we text or email people we can’t see? How many times do we drive up to a drive-through and start talking into a box ordering what we want, fully believing that when we drive around that curve, what we ordered will be there waiting for us?

What about the automated computers we talk to about everything from scheduling an appointment to even giving out our credit card information?

You might say, but someone texts me back or I know they are there because something gets done through my communication with them.

God is a spirit and we talk to Him through our spirit--yes we have one too. It's what's left after our bodies die! Spirit connects to spirit.

Things happen when we talk to God. Mountains in our life are moved. Our bodies get well. Relationships are healed and our needs are provided for.

But most of all we have peace.

Knowing that you have just communicated with the same God who made the heavens and the earth and He sees you and listens to you because He loves you and He made you and He actually delights in hearing from you is amazing. Knowing that you can trust Him with that communication, knowing that He will help you with what you talked to Him about--that is powerful.

Things get done when we make our requests known to an unseen God.

So when you say, "but I can't see Him" doesn't mean He can't see you.

One of God's names in the Bible is El Roi, and it's meaning is "the God who sees me".
Isn't that awesome?

He sees you!

“We set our eyes not on what we see but on what we cannot see.
What we see will last only a short time, but what we cannot see will last forever.”
2 Corinthians 4:18,

It’s all about belief. We believe that someone is on the other end and they will respond. Talking to someone you can’t see is something we do everyday; why shouldn’t God be one of them?

"For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth."

John 4:24

Just remember--He sees you

Here's a story about God seeing us if you feel like reading it.

Genesis 16:6-16

Abram replied, “Look, she is your servant, so deal with her as you see fit.” Then Sarai treated Hagar so harshly that she finally ran away. The angel of the Lord found Hagar beside a spring of water in the wilderness, along the road to Shur. The angel said to her, “Hagar, Sarai’s servant, where have you come from, and where are you going?”“I’m running away from my mistress, Sarai,” she replied. The angel of the Lord said to her, “Return to your mistress, and submit to her authority.” Then he added, “I will give you more descendants than you can count.”And the angel also said, “You are now pregnant and will give birth to a son. You are to name him Ishmael (which means ‘God hears’), for the Lord has heard your cry of distress. This son of yours will be a wild man, as untamed as a wild donkey! He will raise his fist against everyone, and everyone will be against him. Yes, he will live in open hostility against all his relatives.”Thereafter, Hagar used another name to refer to the Lord, who had spoken to her. She said, “You are the God who sees me.” She also said, “Have I truly seen the One who sees me?” So that well was named Beer-lahai-roi (which means “well of the Living One who sees me”). It can still be found between Kadesh and Bered. So Hagar gave Abram a son, and Abram named him Ishmael. Abram was eighty-six years old when Ishmael was born.
