Those words can mean so much.
Think about it.
A woman waiting for the arrival of her first child, a prisoner waiting to be set free, a woman waiting to walk down the aisle to be married - her groom waiting, an appointment to adopt a child or take possession of your first home.
Those simple words, "it's time" can change your life.
Those simple words, "it's time" can change your life.
Ecclesiastes 3 talks about there being a time for everything.
For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven. A time to be born and a time to die. A time to plant and a time to harvest. A time to kill and a time to heal. A time to tear down and a time to build up. A time to cry and a time to laugh. A time to grieve and a time to dance. A time to scatter stones and a time to gather stones. A time to embrace and a time to turn away. A time to search and a time to quit searching. A time to keep and a time to throw away. A time to tear and a time to mend. A time to be quiet and a time to speak. A time to love and a time to hate. A time for war and a time for peace.
So when Jesus was born, it was "time" for God to bring salvation to the world. No more waiting. It was simply time for Him to redeem His people.
Galations 4:4-5 puts it this way....
But when the right time came, God sent his Son, born of a woman, subject to the law. God sent him to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law, so that he could adopt us as his very own children.
So Jesus came at just the right time.
Mary was pregnant and waiting...
and then suddenly, it was time...
It was time to deliver the son of God, the Savior of the world, Immanual--God with us.
Jesus came; God sent Him.
And now, it's time for us to believe in Him, to embrace Him and to accept the salvation that He brought us.
When we do -- we become FREE from our sins.
We become "BORN" of the Spirit, we become the "PRISONER" who was waiting to be set free, we become the "BRIDE" of Christ, we become "ADOPTED" by God, and we instantly "INHERIT" our home in Heaven.
