You may want to change this year.
I do.
I want to change all my negatives into positives.
I would like my life to make a difference in other's lives, I would like to be kinder, more tolerant, healthier, lovelier...you get the point.
I may and I may not be successful.
I hope I am.
It's great to have a goal to work toward. Our humanity is always going to remind us that there is something we need to improve in our lives. We will never be perfect but it's great to strive to be better.

He begins a work in us.
We become "under construction".
Our changes have to be ironed out and worked out but he never gives up on us.
But get this...the Bible says God doesn't change.
Malachi 3:6 says
I the Lord do not change.
and
Hebrews 13:8 says
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
That tells me that He's already perfect. I sure am glad I serve a God who doesn't need to change, aren't you?
He's Holy. He's unchangeable. He's already everything he needs to be. He is.
I would not want to serve a God who needed to change or needed to improve.
God is already perfect. He doesn't need to change and He's everything we need.
So I will keep working on changing myself and trusting in a God who never does, someone who I can rely on day in and day out, minute by minute, second by second.
Aren't you thankful He doesn't change, that He's immovable; that He's always there no matter what?
